James Ahearne MRICS is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years of experience building, leading, and advising businesses across property and development.
He has served as Development Director for an AXA Investment Managers portfolio company, led land and development strategy for institutional investors, and founded and run multiple businesses from SME housebuilding to PropTech.
He holds an ICF Level 2 accredited coaching certificate from Barefoot Coaching.
